Ramnik Soni - Delivering Aftermarket Aircraft Part Services Worldwide

Focusing on opportunities worldwide, Ramnik Soni is steering a global course as Alaris Aerospace Systems, LLC’s chief operating and financial officer. Ramnik Soni secured funding from private equity investors that helped the Pompano Beach-headquartered firm grow.

The firm harvests parts from aircraft and delivers them fully repaired and inspected to high-credit aftermarket parts customers, including Airbus and Boeing operators. With warehousing and distribution capacities spanning Florida, Europe, and Dubai, Mr. Soni has overseen its expansion.

Mr. Soni also has corporate consulting experience. As engagement manager for Booz & Company, he evaluated potential mergers between American utility companies. Undertaking a full operational review, Ramnik Soni interviewed top managers and developed a template for delivering synergies from the proposed merger. In addition, Mr. Soni modeled development scenarios in the oil sands sector as part of private equity due diligence. The prospectus he created led to an $11 million investment.
